Building in Langebaan - Appoint your Builder
After Building Plans were approved by Council, it is time to select your Builder. You need to distribute your approved plans to construction companies to tender. Also inspect their sites and completed dwellings. Discuss tenders received with your Architect to make the right choice. The lowest is not always the best. It is a legislative requirement that every builder must register the project with the NHBRC.
