What is a house shop?

  • May not be closer than 300m walking distance from any business zoned property
  • May not sell explosive or flammable substances
  • May only operate between 06h00 and 22h00
  • Must comply with Advertising and Signage By-Law
  • Consent to operate a house shop is granted to owner of the premises and not transferable.
